Cookie Policy
Effective date: TEST — approved date pending.
This policy explains how Volt XX uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on the website. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
What these technologies are
Cookies are small data files stored on or read from a device. Websites and third parties may also use local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs or similar technologies to operate features, remember choices, measure activity or support advertising.
The policy and consent tool should describe all relevant storage and access technologies, not only traditional cookies.
Technology categories
- Strictly necessary or essential: required to operate, secure or deliver a feature requested by the user.
- Preferences or functionality: remember choices or provide optional functionality.
- Analytics or measurement: help understand website use, errors, performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Advertising or targeting: support audience measurement, attribution, remarketing or personalised advertising where approved.
Your choices
Non-essential technologies should be used only in line with the approved consent configuration. The live consent control must allow users to accept, reject or adjust optional categories where required.
Technology inventory
TEST — approved production provider, technology, purpose, category and duration inventory pending. The inventory must match the live GTM, analytics, advertising and embedded-service configuration.
Analytics and performance measurement
Approved analytics may be used to measure page use, form interactions, errors and campaign effectiveness. Exact providers, identifiers, durations and consent conditions must be listed after production configuration is final.
How to change or withdraw your choice
Use the cookie-preference control on the website to change optional categories. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Browser and device controls
Browser or device settings can block or remove some technologies, but doing so may affect requested functionality. These controls do not replace the website consent mechanism where one is required.
How long choices are remembered
TEST — approved consent-choice duration pending. Individual technologies may have different lifetimes and must be listed in the production inventory.
Changes to this policy
Update this policy when the production technology inventory or consent behaviour changes materially.
Contact
TEST — approved privacy contact pending for cookie questions.
