What is Volt XX?
Volt XX provides suitable clients with access to maintained algorithmic trading software and supporting infrastructure through approved operating routes.
Is Volt XX the same as Volt FX?
Volt XX is the evolved identity of Volt FX, with clearer infrastructure-led positioning, route segmentation and operating boundaries.
Is Volt XX a forex bot?
No. Volt XX positions the offer as maintained software and infrastructure, not a retail bot sold with performance promises.
Is Volt XX a broker or fund?
No. Volt XX is not a broker, fund, custodian or financial adviser.
Client control and funds
Does Volt XX hold client funds?
No. Volt XX does not hold, custody or pool client funds.
Who controls deposits and withdrawals?
The client controls funding decisions while deposits and withdrawals are handled through the applicable broker under its terms.
Will Volt XX ask me to transfer money directly?
Approved funding actions take place through the relevant broker-side process, not through a public website form.
Should I share my broker password?
No. Never send passwords, one-time PINs or unrestricted account credentials through a website form, email or messaging channel.
Routes and capital ranges
What is the Retail PAMM route?
A broker-organised route intended for suitable prospects with USD 1,000 to USD 25,000, subject to regional availability and onboarding.
What is the Private Infrastructure route?
A consultation-led route for suitable clients above USD 25,000 who can carry the applicable dedicated infrastructure costs.
Does meeting the capital range guarantee access?
No. Capital is only an initial routing criterion. Availability, risk understanding and onboarding requirements also apply.
Which route is safer?
Neither route is presented as safe or lower risk. Both remain exposed to trading and operational risk.
Onboarding and process
What happens after I apply?
Volt XX reviews the enquiry for route availability, completeness and the appropriate approved next step.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. A submission is an enquiry and does not guarantee acceptance, activation or an outcome.
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on route, region, documentation, broker requirements and technical setup.
What documents may be required?
Requirements vary by route and provider and may include identity, broker, contract and risk-acknowledgement documents.
Performance
Does Volt XX guarantee returns?
No. Trading involves risk and no return or financial outcome is guaranteed.
What does historical performance mean?
It describes results observed during a stated past period and must be read with source, methodology, drawdown and limitations.
Will my account match a historical result?
Not necessarily. Timing, execution, costs, liquidity and account conditions can cause different outcomes.
Why is drawdown important?
Drawdown describes decline from a prior peak and helps show the loss experience within a historical period.
Risk
Can I lose money?
Yes. Trading can result in substantial loss, including loss of capital.
Does automation remove risk?
No. Automation changes execution, not the existence of market, model, broker or technology risk.
Does higher capital reduce risk?
No. Higher capital does not prevent drawdown, losses or operational interruption.
Where can I read the full risk information?
Review the full Risk Disclosure before applying or making a route decision.
Costs and fees
What costs apply?
Applicable broker, spread, commission, software, hosting, setup, support and third-party costs depend on the approved route and proposal.
Are there hidden fees?
Material costs should be disclosed before onboarding in the applicable broker terms or service proposal.
Do costs continue when performance is negative?
Some broker, software, hosting or service costs may continue regardless of trading performance, subject to the applicable terms.
Withdrawals and account access
Are withdrawals guaranteed?
No. Withdrawals are subject to the broker-side arrangement, processing requirements and market conditions.
Can Volt XX block a withdrawal?
Volt XX does not custody client funds. Broker-side account and withdrawal controls are governed by the applicable provider terms.
What happens if a broker changes its terms?
Route availability, costs or processes may change and should be communicated through the approved support process.
Support and communication
What support does Volt XX provide?
Volt XX provides the software, infrastructure, onboarding and communication scope stated in the applicable agreement.
Who handles broker issues?
Broker-side account, execution, deposit and withdrawal matters are handled through the broker’s own channels.
Which channels will Volt XX use?
The approved onboarding and service documents define the contact and escalation channels for the selected route.
Regions and availability
Is Volt XX available everywhere?
No. Route and broker availability can differ by country, region and applicable requirements.
Can the website be viewed from an unsupported region?
Website access does not itself confirm that a route or service is available in a particular region.
Will market pages have different wording?
Regional pages may require approved wording that reflects local route availability and restrictions.
