How it works

A clear process from first review to ongoing support.

Volt XX uses a structured process to help prospects understand the model, identify the relevant enquiry route and complete the applicable broker, infrastructure and risk steps.

Timelines depend on the route, region, third-party requirements and the completeness of the information provided. No step guarantees acceptance, activation or performance.

Review the process
How it works

Who is responsible for what

The client

provides accurate information, controls the relevant broker relationship, makes funding and withdrawal decisions, protects credentials and decides whether to proceed.

The broker

provides account, onboarding, execution, deposit and withdrawal services under its own terms.

Volt XX

provides the agreed software, infrastructure, education, setup and support scope.

Infrastructure providers

provide hosting or server services subject to their own availability and security limitations.

Step-by-step Process

Step 1:

Understand the model
Review what Volt XX is, what it is not, how client control works, the two access routes and the material risks. Read the Risk Disclosure before sharing sensitive information or making any funding decision.

Step 2:

Check suitability and availability
Complete the qualification form with your country, capital range, route interest, preferred contact method and risk acknowledgement. The form helps Volt XX route the enquiry and assess whether the relevant pathway is currently available. It is not a financial recommendation or acceptance decision.

Step 3:

Confirm the enquiry route
Prospects within USD 1,000–25,000 may be routed to the Retail PAMM review. Prospects above USD 25,000 who can carry the applicable infrastructure costs may be routed to a Private Infrastructure consultation. Other enquiries may require clarification or may not proceed.

Step 4:

Complete broker and documentation requirements
The applicable route may require identity checks, broker account steps, contracts, risk acknowledgements, payment information and other documentation. These requirements can vary by provider and region. Never send passwords, one-time PINs or unrestricted account credentials through a website form, email or messaging channel.

Step 5:

Configure the approved environment
Once the requirements are complete, the relevant software and infrastructure environment is configured according to the approved scope. This may include route-level setup or a dedicated private server environment. Configuration must include acceptance checks and clear records of the operating responsibilities.

Step 6:

Review risk, costs and activation conditions
Before activation, the client should have access to the material commercial terms, broker terms, support scope, risk disclosure and the route-specific process. Activation should occur only after required acknowledgements and checks are complete. Activation does not guarantee a particular start date, continuous operation or financial outcome.

Step 7:

Ongoing support and review
After activation, clients use the agreed support channels for software or infrastructure questions and the broker’s channels for broker-side matters. Communication should explain material operating changes, relevant support actions and the next review point within the contracted scope. Trading performance will vary and periods of loss or drawdown can occur.

What can delay or stop the process

  • Incomplete or inconsistent client information.
  • Broker or identity-verification requirements.
  • Regional restrictions or unavailable routes.
  • Missing agreements or risk acknowledgements.
  • Infrastructure availability or technical testing issues.
  • Commercial terms not accepted or payments not complete.
  • A suitability, compliance or operational concern.
