Client-controlled account layer
The client retains the relevant relationship and control within the approved broker-side structure.
Trading software does not operate in isolation. It depends on an environment that can host the software, connect to a broker-side account, execute according to the programmed logic and support ongoing maintenance and monitoring.
Volt XX brings these operating layers together for suitable clients through one of two approved access routes. The infrastructure supports the process; it does not guarantee outcomes or remove trading risk.
Explore the infrastructureIn the Volt XX context, algorithmic trading infrastructure is the combination of maintained software, the server or hosted environment used to run it, broker-side connectivity, operating procedures and support.
The software follows programmed logic to participate in the market. Results still depend on market conditions, broker execution, liquidity, connectivity and the behaviour of the strategy over time. Automation can make execution systematic, but it cannot make trading risk-free.
The client retains the relevant relationship and control within the approved broker-side structure.
The third-party broker provides account services and execution subject to its terms, availability and market conditions.
The maintained algorithmic environment applies the programmed trading logic.
The applicable hosted or private environment supports continuous operation, subject to technical limitations.
Volt XX supports the software environment, onboarding process and defined communication channels.
An unmanaged trading tool may be installed and left without a clear maintenance, update or support process. Volt XX positions the software as part of a maintained environment with defined setup, monitoring and operating responsibilities.
“Maintained” does not mean uninterrupted, error-free or profitable. Software, hosting, connectivity and third-party systems can fail or behave unexpectedly, and the trading strategy can experience losses.
The software generates and manages trading activity according to its programmed rules within the relevant environment. Orders are routed through the broker-side account and remain subject to execution conditions such as spread, slippage, latency, liquidity, market gaps, platform availability and broker controls.
Volt XX should not describe the system as artificial intelligence unless the underlying technology has been technically verified and the claim approved.
Volt XX does not hold, custody or pool client funds. Clients are responsible for understanding their broker arrangement, funding decisions, withdrawal procedures, access permissions, costs and tax or legal obligations.
The broker is responsible for the services it provides under its own agreement. Volt XX is responsible for the software and infrastructure support it has expressly agreed to provide.
See how broker accounts workThe Volt XX model is built around a maintained software environment, the infrastructure required to operate it, broker-side execution and a defined support process. This infrastructure-led approach helps clients understand what they are accessing and who is responsible for each part of the journey.
Software environment setup and route-specific configuration.
Maintenance actions and updates within the defined service scope.
Operational communication when a material support issue is identified.
Client education on the model, process, risk and escalation channels.
Periodic review points determined by the applicable route and service terms.
The model remains exposed to market risk, leverage, drawdown, technology risk, model risk, broker risk, liquidity risk, operational error and regional or regulatory constraints. A stable technical environment cannot guarantee a stable financial outcome.

The software follows programmed logic, while setup, monitoring, maintenance and broker-side responsibilities still require defined human oversight.
No. Infrastructure supports operation, but cannot remove market, execution, technology or strategy risk.
The Private Infrastructure route uses a dedicated environment, subject to suitability, availability and the applicable service terms.
